Apply ROT13 letter substitution cipher that rotates alphabetic characters by 13 positions (A↔N, B↔O, etc.). Since 13 is half of 26, applying ROT13 twice restores the original text. Used for obfuscating spoilers, puzzles, and email addresses. Not secure—purely for obfuscation.
