Domain Name

MX records (Mail Exchange) specify the mail servers responsible for accepting email for a domain.

Priority – Lower values have higher priority; mail is tried in order
Multiple records provide redundancy if the primary server is unavailable
Same priority values mean mail can be delivered to any of those servers (load balancing)
No MX records means the domain cannot receive email (or falls back to A record)
